Masterworks Tile Installation

Last year Nick and Alex installed the tile in our new custom 3,800 square foot home. I’m really detail oriented and have worked in the trades earlier in my career. Masterworks Tile were the best subs my contractor used on our whole house. Quality, professional, polite, and needed no oversight. I was a helicopter client on this build and these guys needed no hand holding! They presented options as they encountered them and ended up installing “jolly” tile to finish the edges (worth it!). They also had auto paint custom matched to the tile to finish cut edges (AMAZING). They installed heated floors, subway tile, hex tiles -all while keeping the grout lines consistent (lots of spacers). They did epoxy grout where we wanted it (no complaining), and worked well with our hard surfaces supplier. I would hire them again without hesitation.

He told us that it appeared that the shower pan had failed. He gave us an estimate on the spot to rebuild the shower and we decided to go ahead. Demolition started less than two weeks later. Oleg was very meticulous with his work and showed us where the shower pan had failed. All traffic areas were covered and all debris was removed without any damage at all to the rest of the bathroom. Eugene was next in and is by far the best craftsman we have ever experienced. He is a perfectionist and his work shows. Upon completion, Nick came out to inspect and make sure we were happy with their work. Repairs are not fun but now that the job is complete, we even contemplated upgrading the master bath shower.......Ahh, maybe later. We would not hesitate to recommend Masterworks Tile. Easily 5 stars!!
